For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on jewellery.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any of our products.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only considered in the case of manufacturing defects or damage upon arrival.
If an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, a store credit with a 3-month validity will be issued.


General Guidelines for Exchanges
  • To be eligible for an exchange, you must report the issue (manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival) within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be processed.
  • We encourage thoughtful purchasing to minimize the environmental impact of unnecessary shipping.

Damaged or Defective Products – Exchange Process

1. Evidence Required:
A complete, uncut 360° unboxing video (from the moment of opening the package) must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Condition of Item:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all original tags and labels intact.

3. Initiating a Complaint:

  • Contact Us: Email us at dharaindia.in@gmail.com with your name, order number, and detailed information about the defect or damage, along with the mandatory uncut or edited unboxing video.
  • Evaluation & Authorization: We will assess your claim. If deemed valid, we will issue an exchange authorization.
  • Replacement: Upon receiving and inspecting the damaged product, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs of the damaged item and the reshipping costs of the replacement.

Non-Eligible Items for Refund/Exchange
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.
  • Products where the perceived color or appearance differs from expectations, or issues related to size.
  • Items purchased during flash sales or received as free promotional gifts.
  • Orders with incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses or pincodes, or lost shipments. Our responsibility ends once the package has been dispatched with the correct information provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.
